Developed as a self-initiated runway-stage study, Cage transforms the conventional linear catwalk into a continuous loop enclosed by an array of curved metal ribs. The spacing between each frame gradually expands and contracts, producing a shifting sense of compression, exposure, and release as models move through the structure. Translucent plastic membranes are stretched irregularly between selected frames, partially obscuring the body while preserving its silhouette in motion. Through the repetition of weathered white metal and temporary sheeting, the runway becomes both a circulation path and a permeable enclosure.
